A view of Queen Anne Hill as seen from Seattle’s Space Needle observation deck. The large structure in the center was built in 1909 as Queen Anne High School. After the high school closed in the early 1980s, the building became residential apartments, and recently was completely renovated and converted to condominium units known as the Queen Anne High School Condominiums. The building is listed on the National Register.
